We recommend measuring your space to ensure the best size is ordered. Measuring the space allows you to customize the length of the garland to meet your goals and budget. Our standard width of the balloon garland is around 2 feet. Our most popular size garland for around a door is 12 feet.
What is a balloon garland?
A balloon garland is an arrangement of balloons that is fully assembled and ready to attach to a structure (ex. door frame, stair railing).
What is a balloon arch?
A balloon arch is a free standing arrangement of balloons. We custom make our balloon arches and offer installation and pickup. These make great back drops! Please email us for a quote.
What is the difference between installation and self-installation?
When ordering a balloon garland, clients have the option to select installation and self-installation. Self-installation is the price of the garland with no additional cost. Clients will receive a fully inflated and assembled garland with a kit of supplies for an easy installation that clients can do themselves. If clients prefer that we install the garland for them, simply select installation. While we have many clients that choose self-installation and have been very successful, our balloon garlands that are installed by our team achieve a more custom design that is tailored to the specific space.
Do you offer clean up after the event?
We do offer clean up after the event starting at $100.
My balloons popped! What do I do?
Due to the nature of balloons, Celebrate cannot guarantee any time frame that balloons will last once they are delivered. Many factors can cause balloons to pop or deflate. High or low temperatures and sunlight can cause balloons to pop or deflate. Balloons outside can pop very quickly if in direct sunlight during warmer month. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds for popped balloons.
When should I have balloons delivered for my event?
We recommend booking your balloons on the day of or day before the event so they will look best. Celebrate is happy to make suggestions to help your balloons stay inflated as long as possible. We recommend keeping balloons indoors when possible to extend their life. Balloon garlands can last indoors up to one month. If you are putting the balloons outdoors, we recommend keeping them indoors until about 3 hours before the party.
Can you help with a design for the balloon garland?
We offer balloon design once you have booked a balloon garland with installation by our team. Email us a photo of the space with the colors you have in mind, and we can draw a design for you to look at before the event!

We use high quality, biodegradable balloons.
How long do the balloons last?
Balloons indoors can last up to a month, even our jumbo helium balloon. Unfortunately, balloons outdoors do not last as long as they do indoors. For parties outdoors it is best to set up the balloons within 3 hours of the event for best results. Direct sunlight causes balloons to pop. If your yard sign gets direct sunlight during the mid-summer months, they will last about one day. We recommend putting balloons in the most shaded area possible so they will last longer. During the cooler months we have seen balloon garlands and yard signs look full for up to four days. Celebrate is unable to guarantee any timeframe that balloons will last once they are delivered. We do our best to ensure your balloons will last as long as possible.
