We offer delivery within Jefferson County. We deliver Monday – Saturday and will text you prior to delivery. Someone must be home to receive balloon deliveries. All balloons should be brought inside immediately once they are delivered to prevent deflating.
PICKUP
We offer free local pickup at our studio in Homewood on M-F between 9-5. Please remember to have an empty car with seats down so you will have enough room for the balloons. We recommend at least a small SUV for all pick up orders. If your order does not fit in your car, we can’t guarantee we will have availability for same day delivery. Delivery fee will be charged.
SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped within 5 business days. We are not able to guarantee a delivery date.
Rentals
All rentals must be returned or will be picked up by Celebrate Bham. Any lost or damaged rentals will be charged at least $300 depending on what was rented. Rentals that are returned late are charged $50/ day.
REFUNDS
All sales are final. Celebrate cannot offer refunds for balloons popping or deflating once they have been received. We do not offer refunds on floral arrangements. We can not guarantee any timeframe that your floral arrangement or balloons will last. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving it.
SAFETy warning
Inflated and un-inflated balloons and other items provided by Celebrate Bham, such as metal contained in the yard signs, are choking hazards and/or can cause serious injury or fatalities. Adult supervision is required. Keep un-inflated or broken balloons, or other small parts, away from children and discard immediately. Once the balloons and other Celebrate Bham materials are in your possession, you assume full responsibility for the items and the safety related thereto.
cancellations
Client agrees to compensate Celebrate Bham for services, rentals, and/or products in the order placed. The order is 50% refundable if cancelled within 30 days of the event. The order is nonrefundable if cancelled less than 30 days prior to the event.
